Ingredients
- 10 veg or chicken momos
- 2 tbsp yogurt (whisked)
- 2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Chopped onions and coriander
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Step 1: Grill or pan-roast momos until slightly charred.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix yogurt, Errakaaram™ chutney, and chaat masala.
Step 3: Toss grilled momos in the mixture to coat evenly.
Step 4: Top with chopped onions and fresh coriander.
Step 5: Serve warm as a spicy, creamy street-style chaat.
