Ingredients

  • 1 cooked paratha
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
  • Grated carrot or beetroot (as desired)

Instructions

Step 1: Lay the paratha flat and spread curd evenly across the surface.

Step 2: Spoon on Errakaaram™ chutney and swirl gently into the curd.

Step 3: Sprinkle grated carrot or beetroot over the top.

Step 4: Roll the paratha tightly and slice in half, if desired.
