Ingredients
- 1 cup poha
- 1 tsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- A few curry leaves
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
- Lemon juice to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Step 1: Rinse poha in water and drain thoroughly. Set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then toss in curry leaves.
Step 3: Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until soft and translucent.
Step 4: Stir in turmeric, salt, and the drained poha. Mix well on low flame.
Step 5: Add Errakaaram™ chutney, mix evenly, and turn off the heat.
Step 6: Garnish with lemon juice and fresh coriander before serving hot.
