Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
The company will not issue a refund to anyones credit card who refuses delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will be responsible for the charges of any new order if the items are not delivered.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer services by emailing contact@errakaaram.com or calling +91 9108330633, and providing your order number as reference. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Errakaaram.com reserves the right to decide whether an order has been processed, and by placing your order, you agree to abide by that decision.
In the event your order does not reach you within 10 days after confirmation, or if there is any manufacturing defect in the product, you will be eligible for a full refund in the form of store credit or a transfer to your original payment method.

If you would like to provide feedback on a product purchased from Errakaaram, please email our team at contact@errakaaram.com. Please include images showing the batch details printed on the package, detailed feedback, and a copy of your receipt that displays the date, purchase location, and the amount paid. This information is required for us to investigate any concerns.
