- Oats flour – 1 cup (Grind 1 cup regular rolled oats in a mixer to make about ¾ cup fine oats flour)
- Besan (gram flour) – 2½ tbsp
- Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Versatile Chutney – 1 tsp - 1.5 tsp
- Chopped onion, green chili, and coriander – as required
- Salt – to taste
- Water – as needed
Instructions
Step 1 : In a mixing bowl, combine oats flour, besan, Errakaaram™ chutney, chopped onion, green chili, coriander, and salt.
Step 2 :Add water gradually to make a smooth, pourable batter.
Step 3 :Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread gently into a round chilla.
Step 4 :Drizzle a few drops of oil and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Step 5 : Serve hot with curd or extra Errakaaram™ chutney.
