Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets
  • Potato cubes
  • Onion-tomato base
  • 1 ½ tsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Step 1: In oil, sauté finely chopped onions and tomatoes until softened.

Step 2: Stir in Errakaaram™ chutney, turmeric, and salt.

Step 3: Add cauliflower florets and potato cubes. Mix well.
