- 1 cup cooked toor dal
- 1 tsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- 1 tsp ghee or oil
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- Crushed garlic
Instructions
Step 1: Heat ghee or oil in a small pan.
Step 2: Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add crushed garlic.
Step 3: Stir in Errakaaram™ chutney and cook for a few seconds.
Step 4: Pour the tadka over hot cooked dal and stir to combine.
Step 5: Serve warm with steamed rice or soft rotis.
