- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cold butter
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2: Rub in cold butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
Step 3: Add grated cheese and Errakaaram™ chutney. Mix to form dough.
Step 4: Roll out the dough and cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
Step 5: Arrange on a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Step 6: Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
