Ingredients
- 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp rava (semolina)
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of garam masala
- A pinch of chaat masala
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
- 1 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
- Water as needed
- 4–5 papads (thin)
- Oil for shallow frying or air fry option
Instructions
Mix onions with rava, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander, and curry leaves.
Make a paste using maida and water.
Dip papads in water and drain.
Cut each in half, roll into a cone and seal with paste.
Fill with onion mixture and seal top.
Shallow fry or air fry until crisp.
