- 3–4 eggs
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- 2 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Rotis or parathas for serving
Instructions
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onions and green chilies until golden.
Step 2: Crack eggs directly over the onions without stirring.
Step 3: Sprinkle salt and garam masala. Let eggs partially set.
