Ingredients

  • 3–4 eggs
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Rotis or parathas for serving

Instructions

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onions and green chilies until golden.

Step 2: Crack eggs directly over the onions without stirring.

Step 3: Sprinkle salt and garam masala. Let eggs partially set.

Step 4: Add Errakaaram™ chutney and gently stir once.

Step 5: Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes until eggs are just set.
