Ingredients
- 4–5 pieces of murukku
- 2 green chillies
- A handful of fresh coriander leaves
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- Optional: extra chopped onions for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Break the murukku into small pieces and grind into a coarse powder.
Step 2: In a mixer, pulse green chillies, coriander, onion, and Errakaaram™ chutney.
Step 3: Add the murukku powder to the paste and mix thoroughly.
Step 4: Serve hot over ghee rice or enjoy plain as a crunchy snack.
Step 5: Optional: top with chopped raw onions for extra crunch.
