Ingredients
- 200 g paneer (cut into cubes)
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp thick curd
- 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- ¼ tsp kasuri methi (optional)
- Oil or ghee (for brushing)
Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, marinate paneer cubes with chili powder and salt. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2: In another bowl, mix curd, Errakaaram™ chutney, honey, garlic paste, and kasuri methi.
Step 3: Add paneer to the mixture and coat well. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Step 4: Skewer the paneer cubes and grill or pan-fry, brushing with oil or ghee.
Step 5: Baste with remaining marinade while cooking. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
