Ingredients
- 200 g tofu (cut into cubes)
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying tofu)
- 1 cup bell peppers (cubed)
- 1 medium onion (cubed)
- 1–2 tsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney (adjust to taste)
- 1–2 tsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp spring onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Lightly pan-fry tofu cubes in oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: In the same pan, sauté cubed onions and bell peppers for about 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add the fried tofu back into the pan and sauté together for a few seconds.
Step 4: Season with salt and Errakaaram™ chutney; stir-fry for 2 minutes until well coated.
Step 5: Pour in soy sauce and toss over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot as a side or light meal.
