Ingredients
- 4–5 slices of bread (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup capsicum (chopped)
- ¼ cup cabbage (chopped)
- ¼ cup tomato (chopped)
- 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- Salt to taste
- A little water
- Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and ginger until aromatic.
Step 2: Add onions, then capsicum, cabbage, and tomato. Cook until softened.
Step 3: Stir in Errakaaram™ chutney, salt, and a splash of water.
Step 4: Simmer for 3–5 minutes until veggies are well-coated and saucy.
Step 5: Add cubed bread and toss to absorb flavors. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
