Ingredients
- 4–5 slices of white or brown bread (cut into cubes)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1½ tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup capsicum (chopped)
- ¼ cup cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Versatile Chutney
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Heat butter in a pan and toast the cubed bread until golden and crisp. Set aside.
Step 2: In the same pan, heat oil. Sauté chopped garlic, ginger, and onion for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add capsicum and thinly sliced cabbage. Stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute.
Step 4: Stir in Errakaaram™ chutney and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5: Add the toasted bread cubes and toss well to coat. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
