Ingredients
- 1 packet instant noodles
- 1½ cups water
- 1½ tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 noodle tastemaker packet
- A few tbsp reserved noodle water
- Chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp roasted white sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook noodles according to the package instructions; drain and reserve some cooking water.
Step 2: In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat. Add tastemaker and Errakaaram™ chutney.
Step 3: Sauté briefly, then add a few tablespoons of reserved noodle water to form a sauce.
Step 4: Toss in the drained noodles and coat evenly with the spicy sauce.
Step 5: Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions if desired. Serve hot.
