Ingredients
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2–3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- A few curry leaves
- 1½ tbsp oil
Instructions
Step 1: Roast white sesame seeds in a pan for 2–3 minutes until aromatic.
Step 2: Add garlic cloves and roast for another 2 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and coarsely crush the roasted garlic and sesame in a mortar.
Step 4: Mix in red chilli powder, Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney, salt, and curry leaves.
Step 5: Heat oil separately and pour it over the mixture.
Step 6: Stir the mixture well until evenly combined.
Step 7: Add the mixture to hot cooked rice.
Step 8: Mix until the rice is evenly coated.
Step 9: Serve warm with papad or curd.
