Ingredients
- 3 cups puffed rice
- 5–10 garlic cloves (crushed with skin)
- 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp groundnuts
- 1 tbsp fried gram
- A few curry leaves
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Crush garlic cloves and set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, roast groundnuts and fried gram for a minute.
Step 3: Add crushed garlic and fry until crisp, then remove and keep aside.
Step 4: In the same oil, add Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney and curry leaves.
Step 5: Sauté for a few seconds.
Step 6: Add turmeric powder and a pinch of salt.
Step 7: Turn off the heat and mix in puffed rice.
Step 8: Toss until well coated.
Step 9: Top with fried garlic, nuts, and serve immediately.
