- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp tahini (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: In a food processor, blend chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini (if using), olive oil, and salt until smooth.
Step 2: Add Errakaaram™ chutney and blend again until well incorporated.
Step 3: Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and an extra swirl of chutney on top. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
