Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or naan
- 1–2 tsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- Chopped veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato, etc.)
- Grated cheese (mozzarella or your favorite blend)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place flatbread or naan on a baking tray.
Step 2: Spread a layer of Errakaaram™ chutney evenly over the base.
Step 3: Add your choice of chopped veggies on top of the chutney.
Step 4: Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Step 5: Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese melts and edges are crisp. Slice and serve hot!
