Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet corn (boiled or roasted)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
  • 2 tbsp sev
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine corn, onion, tomato, and Errakaaram™ chutney.

Step 2: Add lemon juice and salt. Mix everything well.

Step 3: Just before serving, toss in sev and chopped coriander.
