Ingredients
- 1 packet Hakka noodles
- Oil for deep frying
- ¼ cup cabbage (grated)
- ¼ cup beetroot (grated)
- 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup spring onions (chopped)
- 2–3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Boil the Hakka noodles as per instructions, drain completely, and let cool.
Step 2: Deep-fry the noodles in hot oil until golden and crispy; drain excess oil.
Step 3: In a large bowl, mix grated cabbage, beetroot, spring onions, and coriander.
Step 4: Add lemon juice, salt, and Errakaaram™ chutney. Toss to combine.
Step 5: Just before serving, mix in the fried noodles and toss again. Serve immediately for crunch.
