Ingredients

  • 1 packet Hakka noodles
  • Oil for deep frying
  • ¼ cup cabbage (grated)
  • ¼ cup beetroot (grated)
  • 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup spring onions (chopped)
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Boil the Hakka noodles as per instructions, drain completely, and let cool.

Step 2: Deep-fry the noodles in hot oil until golden and crispy; drain excess oil.

Step 3: In a large bowl, mix grated cabbage, beetroot, spring onions, and coriander.

Step 4: Add lemon juice, salt, and Errakaaram™ chutney. Toss to combine.

Step 5: Just before serving, mix in the fried noodles and toss again. Serve immediately for crunch.
