Ingredients

  • 200 g paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 2–3 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green chilies (slit)
  • 6–8 curry leaves (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)

Instructions

Step 1: Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium flame.

Step 2: Add green chilies and curry leaves; sauté for a few seconds.

Step 3: Add paneer cubes, turmeric, and salt; toss gently to coat.

Step 4: Stir in Errakaaram™ chutney and mix well until paneer is evenly coated.

Step 5: Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with rotis, rice, or as is!
