Ingredients
- ½ cup curd (whisked)
- 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- A handful of curry leaves
- 2–3 tbsp water (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Whisk curd with salt and a little water until smooth.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan; add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Step 3: Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions; sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Stir in Errakaaram™ chutney and cook for 1 minute.
Step 5: Turn off heat and mix this tempering into the curd. Stir well and serve warm.
