Ingredients
- 1 cup banana stem (cleaned and finely chopped)
- ¼ cup onion and cucumber(finely chopped)
- 1 small carrot (grated)
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Versatile Chutney
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp spicy mixture or sev
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Chop onions and cucumber, grate carrot, and chop coriander. Set aside in a bowl.
Step 2: Prepare banana stem by peeling outer layers, slicing the tender inner core, and removing thread-like fibres. Chop it finely just before mixing to prevent oxidation.
Step 3: Add the chopped banana stem into the bowl with other vegetables.
Step 4: Add Errakaaram™ chutney, lemon juice, and salt. Mix thoroughly with your hands to coat evenly.
Step 5: Toss in spicy mixture or sev and mix gently. Serve immediately.
