Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana stem (cleaned and finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup onion and cucumber(finely chopped)
  • 1 small carrot (grated)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Versatile Chutney
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp spicy mixture or sev
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Chop onions and cucumber, grate carrot, and chop coriander. Set aside in a bowl.

Step 2: Prepare banana stem by peeling outer layers, slicing the tender inner core, and removing thread-like fibres. Chop it finely just before mixing to prevent oxidation.

Step 3: Add the chopped banana stem into the bowl with other vegetables.

Step 4: Add Errakaaram™ chutney, lemon juice, and salt. Mix thoroughly with your hands to coat evenly.

Step 5: Toss in spicy mixture or sev and mix gently. Serve immediately.
