Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled, mashed potato
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
  • Chopped coriander
  • Wheat flour dough
  • Ghee or oil for roasting
  • Salt, chili powder (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: In a bowl, mix mashed potato, onion, coriander, Errakaaram™ chutney, and seasonings.

Step 2: Roll a portion of dough into a small disc, place filling in center.

Step 3: Carefully seal edges and flatten into a paratha shape.

Step 4: Roast on a hot tawa with ghee or oil until both sides are golden brown.

Step 5: Serve hot with curd, pickle, or more Errakaaram™ chutney.
