Spicy Rice Sevai with Errakaaram™

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice sevai (rice vermicelli)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 5–6 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 dried red chillies (broken)
- A handful of fresh curry leaves
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
Instructions
Step 1: Cook rice sevai as per packet instructions, drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
Step 3: Add chopped garlic, broken red chillies, and curry leaves, sauté for 1 minute.
Step 4: Add sliced onions and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.
Step 5: Stir in turmeric powder, salt, and 2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney.
Step 6: Sauté until oil separates and chutney is well incorporated.
Step 7: Add the cooked sevai and gently toss to coat evenly.
Step 8: Serve hot — perfect on its own or with curd.
