- 2 boiled and peeled potatoes
- 2–3 grated garlic cloves
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 2–4 tbsp oil
- 1–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Indian Chutney
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Mash boiled potatoes until smooth and lump-free.
Step 2: Mix in grated garlic and chopped coriander leaves.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and add the mashed potato mixture.
Step 4: Sauté for 2–3 minutes until lightly crisped.
Step 5: Stir in Errakaaram™ chutney and salt to taste.
Step 6: Cook for 2–5 minutes until oil separates and aroma deepens.
