Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice (preferably day-old)
  • 150–200 g paneer (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1½ to 2 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Versatile Chutney
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2½ tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • Fresh sliced onions (optional)

Instructions

Use leftover rice from the fridge.

Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok until hot.

Step 2: Fry paneer cubes till golden. Remove.

Step 3: Add ½ tbsp oil, sauté garlic.

Step 4: Add 1½–2 tbsp Errakaaram™ and sauté briefly.

Step 5: Return paneer, toss well. Add rice, soy sauce, pepper, salt.

Step 6: Toss on high heat till well mixed. Finish with spring onions. Serve hot.
