- ¼ cup soaked cashews (soak 3 hours or in hot water 15–20 minutes, then drain)
- 20–30 g paneer (crumbled)
- ¼–½ tsp yellow mustard (optional)
- 1½ tsp lemon juice
- 2½–3 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Versatile Chutney
- ¼ cup water
- 1½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt as required
Instructions
Use soaked and drained cashews.
Step 1: Add cashews, paneer, mustard, lemon juice, Errakaaram™, water, sesame oil, sugar, and salt to a mixie jar.
Step 2: Pulse a few times, then blend for 45–60 seconds until smooth.
Step 3: Check texture: draw a line on the sauce-coated spoon.
If it closes quickly, add a few more soaked cashews or paneer and blend again.
Step 4: Adjust chutney, salt, or lemon juice as needed.
Step 5: Transfer to a clean jar. Refrigerate up to 5 days.
