Ingredients
- Potatoes (cut into fries) – 3 large
- Oil – for frying (or 2 tbsp for air frying/baking)
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Versatile Chutney – 1 tbsp
- Butter or oil – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Chili flakes or sesame seeds – for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Soak cut potatoes in water for 15–20 minutes. Drain and pat completely dry.
Step 2: Fry in hot oil until golden and crisp (or air fry at 200°C until crispy). Lightly salt while hot.
Step 3: In a wide pan on low heat, add butter, honey, and 1 tbsp Errakaaram™ Fresh Spicy Versatile Chutney. Stir gently for 30–40 seconds. Do not let it boil.
Step 4: Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Turn off the heat.
Step 5: Add hot fries to the pan and toss quickly until lightly coated in the glaze.
